Rupal Sankalia

President
The path from growing up in South East Asia to becoming an Ethics & Compliance Professional has been a unique and rewarding journey. I have sharpened my skills in operational risk management and risk mitigation across various industries such as banking, start-ups, retail, media/communications and "Big 4" consulting.
What does that mean? I worked closely with in-house attorneys to manage legal and regulatory risks and, on occassion, I stepped up and delivered tough information to senior management. I advocated for better compliance systems and procedures. Change management and policy writing has to be a co-creative effort in order to achieve real improvement and progress. These demands are increasing across the globe and industries.
